Neha is a Chartered Accountant, and a Bachelor of Law. She started her professional career in the year 1997.
She has vast knowledge in the fields of corporate compliances under securities laws, listing of various securities with stock exchange, and related matters. She has served at managerial position for eight years at BSE Limited in various departments including corporate services, surveillance and supervision and was instrumental in conceptualising and implementing various systems and modules for compliances.
Presently, she runs a consultancy firm and specialises in matters related to SEBI Regulations & NBFCs. She has handled various assignments relating to Listing, Compliances with stock exchange, corporate restructuring, mergers, SMEs, relisting of companies, handling exemption and consent applications at SEBI, drafting of ESOP schemes.
She is currently advising few listed companies on their Resolution Plan with respect to Securities Law
She has been instrumental in transactions involving SME IPOs, Main Board IPOs acquisition / takeover of listed companies and structuring the companies.
She also holds the position of an Independent Director on Boards of various reputed listed companies and unlisted public companies.
She is the Honorary Vice President of Chamber of Tax Consultant current year and has been on member of core committee group at Chamber of Tax Consultants for many years. She also holds the position of Vice President of JITO Midtown Chapter, Mumbai.
With two decades of experience across multiple financial domains, Rajen’s journey began at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and RSM Advisory Services, where he delved into Domestic Taxation, International Taxation, Due Diligence, and Regulatory Frameworks.
He also gained industry exposure at Odyssey Capital Private Limited and BCD Travel India Private Limited for about four years.
Driven by his passion for empowering businesses, he joined Neha, in 2008, transitioning from corporate advisory to hands-on business transformation. Specializing in Corporate Restructuring, Mergers, Acquisitions, and Resolution Plan Implementation, he focuses on turning challenges into opportunities. From guiding IPOs and ensuring SEBI compliance to capital restructuring during takeovers, his approach is always practical, results-driven, and ethical. Beyond experience, his commitment to clients sets me apart.
He has played a key role in major deals involving listed companies, advising on Rights Issues, Private Placements, Preferential Issues, QIPs, Funding, ESOPs and Structuring Complex Transactions. His work isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about fostering long-term growth.
As a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, LLB, he is committed to continuous learning. His knowledge in Securities Law, Corporate Law, and Finance makes him a trusted advisor in an ever-evolving financial landscape.
Beyond boardrooms, he serves as an Independent Director at Shemaroo Entertainment.
He has also contributed as the past convenor of the Mulund CA CPE Study Circle of WIRC of ICAI and Co-convenor of Boo Bank activity at Shri KVO Seva Samaj, mentoring and giving back to the community. His articles have been featured in CVOCA Newsletters and CTC Journals.
